Refund Policy

At AE Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and design services that help brands establish their look, their style, and their marketing presence. Because our work is creative, customized, and often tailored specifically to your business needs, we want to ensure that our refund policy is transparent and fair to both parties.

Refunds are not offered for completed design or marketing services, as significant time, effort, and resources go into each project. However, we do provide partial refunds in specific situations, outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Before project start: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • During project work: If the project has started but no deliverables have been provided yet, a partial refund (up to 50% of the project cost) may be issued.

  • After deliverables are sent: Once initial drafts, concepts, or final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Strategy sessions, consultations, and discovery calls.

  • Completed design or marketing deliverables.

  • Monthly retainer services or subscription-based services after work has been performed.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction
AE Designs is dedicated to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft or design, we will work with you through the included revision rounds (as outlined in your service agreement). Refunds will not be issued due to preference changes after final approval.
4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
